●フロー作成の粒度について

フローを作成する際に、どのレベルで作成するかが明確でないと、いろいろなレベルのフローが作成され、混乱することがある。

このレベルのことを、粒度という。

 

粒度を、粒度①、粒度②、粒度③と定義する。

粒度①は”部”をまたがるやり取り、粒度②は部内の”課”のやり取り、粒度③は上司・部下などのやり取り・具体的な作業の進め方である。

● About the particle size of flow creation

When creating a flow, if it is not clear at what level it is created, various levels of flows can be created and confused.

This level is called particle size.

 

The particle size is defined as particle size ①, particle size ②, and particle size ③.

Particle size ① is the exchange across “departments”, particle size ② is the exchange of “sections” within the department, and particle size ③ is the exchange of superiors and subordinates, and how to proceed with specific work.
